You can return your product within a period of 14 days following receipt of the product. The returned item(s) must arrive at MED & SKIN new, unused and in the undamaged original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

We will check every item returned in detail. The purchase price excluding the shipping costs will be refunded through the same payment method used during the purchase.

You will receive an e-mail with a status update once the refund has been made.

Med & Skin is not responsible for returned items that have been delivered incorrectly or have been lost as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
